You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on enak4d. We enforce strict age verification measures, and any user found to be underage will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited. It is illegal under Indonesian law for individuals under 21 to engage in gambling activities.
enak4d services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account creation and each time you access the platform. Users accessing enak4d from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use enak4d if you are legally incapacitated, mentally incompetent, or otherwise prohibited by court order or legal restriction from engaging in gambling activities.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on enak4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, addresses, or identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. This includes accounts created to abuse bonuses, promotions, or platform features.
Attempting to circumvent age verification, geographic restrictions, or the single-account policy using false documents, VPN services, identity theft, or any other fraudulent means will result in permanent account ban, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
To create an enak4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match official government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP or equivalent). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension.
enak4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). enak4d will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. enak4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB for bank transfers; 24/7 for e-wallet top-ups). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit. enak4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals under Rp 500,000 may incur a Rp 5,000 processing fee. Verified accounts receive priority processing, with payouts typically completed within 1–24 hours during business days. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 72 hours.
All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Attempts to withdraw funds without meeting turnover requirements will be rejected.
enak4d does not charge fees for deposits over Rp 50,000 or withdrawals over Rp 500,000. Third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the user's responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if using a payment method denominated in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
enak4d offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover or playthrough) that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Only bets on eligible games count toward wagering. Refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution percentages.
enak4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse tactics including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns with other users, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or any other activity deemed unfair or fraudulent. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at enak4d's sole discretion.
While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply. Typical limits are Rp 50,000 per bet for slots and Rp 100,000 per bet for live casino and sports. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bets are final once confirmed. enak4d does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after placement except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction). Bets placed on suspended, canceled, or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other markets, official results as declared by the governing sports body are final. Settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Dead heat rules, Asian handicap rules, and over/under rules are applied according to industry standards.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by certified providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live). All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical processes (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and are independently certified for fairness. Slot games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information screen. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Togel results are based on official lottery draws conducted by licensed operators in their respective jurisdictions. enak4d does not conduct draws independently. You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of wagering requirements and KYC verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
enak4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or for any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, we will provide written notice via email. You may appeal the decision by providing supporting documentation within 14 days.
If you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where enak4d operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and enak4d.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in English and held in a neutral jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
